I am passionate about building exceptional websites and web apps! I transform client ideas into reality through communication, strategy, design, and development. I enjoy working on projects of all shapes and sizes, ranging from large-scale custom applications to content management systems. In all cases, I deliver high-end, creative solutions that meet user needs and client objectives.
I am an advocate of the non-zero-sum game, and a fan of Robert Axelrod's The Evolution of Cooperation. Ultimately, this boils down to being nice, and playing fair. I value honesty, integrity, hard work, and a true team-oriented approach. I enjoy working with others who are driven, have a growth mindset, a kind disposition, a sharp intellect, and a predilection for challenge. That said, I'm also in it for the fun!
Wonder, interest, curiosity, inspiration, and enthusiasm lie at the heart of all successful creative endeavors. These factors fuel my love of learning and research. Research, in turn, forms the basis of all my projects.

In science, Occam's razor states that all things being equal, the simpler theory is better. "Entities should not be multiplied unnecessarily." This value of parsimony also relates to the creative world. Elegant designs are often based on simple ideas. And simple ideas lend themselves to clarity in design.

Embracing both simplicity and detail may seem antithetical. However, it depends on the scope one is operating from. A musical composition can have a deceptively simple theme, but highly nuanced variations. Thus, while one may value simplicity at more abstract/macro architectonic levels, it is also consistent to embrace so-called complexity, nuance, and precision at more concrete/micro levels. Great designs demonstrate an ability to navigate this dialectic.
I love logic. I love structure. I love organization. I love design! But most of all, I love being immersed in the details! This is where unique and innovative ideas are expressed. This is where both client and developer are able to shine!
